Terrorism and the Young Generation

Welcome to the SAVE/Women without Borders blog! This is your space to respond to blog postings and questions, to discuss your ideas with other students from around the world, and to make suggestions on how to best combat violent extremism.

The young generation holds the world’s untapped potential for fighting extremism—you alone decide how you want to express your views!

Why should we still talk about terrorist or extremist events that happened in the past? Why is it important that women become part of the international dialogue? What role does religion play? And, most importantly, what can you do today and tomorrow to challenge extremist ideologies before they manifest themselves in violence?

All the best,
